Renault Espace radiocode
The Renault Espace has a special place in automotive history as a pioneer MPV. The Espace III (1996–2002) was fitted with a Tuner List or Becker radio, with the Becker having its own code system. The Espace IV (2002–2014) switched to the Update List and optionally the Carminat navigation system. Due to the premium positioning of the Espace IV, the radio is generally of higher quality than in cheaper models, but the PRE-code system is identical. The Espace, due to its relative scarcity on the market, has a greater chance of missing documentation on second-hand models.

Wo finde ich den PRE-Code in meinem Espace?
In the Renault Espace IV, the PRE-code sticker is standard in the glove compartment. Due to the spacious interior of the Espace, the compartment is easily accessible. On models with Carminat navigation, the sticker may also be on the back of the radio or in the central console compartment. The Espace III with Becker radio has a different code system — check the brand of your radio before making a request.
